  1. Where do you ship to?

We ship to Malaysia and its neighbouring countries! We are looking to expand our reach to ship to the rest of the world. If your country is not in the list below and you are keen to order from us, please write to us at hath.enquiry@gmail.com and we will work something out for you!

  1. How much are the shipping fees?

We offer free shipping to anywhere in Malaysia with no minimum purchase is required.

Note: We only offer free shipping once. If the parcel returned due to no recipient accept items/delivery failure, we will charge a delivery fee of RM 8(WM) or RM11(EM) for second delivery.

  1. How long does delivery take?

We will ship your order out the next day once payment is made. If your order contains a backorder item:

  • For local orders, we will mail the ready items first and mail the backorder item later when it arrives.
  • For international orders, we will mail your order when the backorder item arrives.

  1. What if I received an incorrect/ defect item?

First of all, please accept our sincere apologies! We hope it doesn’t stop you from shopping with us again. We strive to create a delightful customer experience for everyone, so please write to us at hath.enquiry@gmail.com  and we will attend to it immediately! In the email, share your Order ID and a picture of the faulty item with us. We will need your help to return the item to us, we will reimburse the courier fee to you in the form of hath store credit code.

 If the item is still in stock, we will exchange the item for you. If the item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of hath credit code which is valid for 1 year.

  1. What if received item is not tally with my order?

Again, please accept our sincere apologies! Please write to us at hath.enquiry@gmail.com and we will attend to it immediately! In the email, share your Order ID and a picture of received item with us and let us know what is missing.

  1. Which address should I ship my order to?

If you are at work, it would be advisable to ship to your office address.

If you have someone at home, it would be advisable to ship to your home address.

Note: PosLaju servce is off every first weekend of the month.

If you’re facing both no office and no one collect problems, we can deliver to nearby pgeon point or pop box for you to self collect. Please let us know in advance.

  1. Are the items in my cart reserved exclusively for me?

Unfortunately not. That item will be available to other buyers if no payment make by you.

  1. Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. Hath company has no control over the fees imposed and hence are unable to reimburse the amount.
