1. How to place my order?
    1. Register as a hath member by clicking here.
    2. Shop around our online store!
    3.  You can browse by category "Skin care" or " Hair Care"
    4. Once you have found the item you like, select it,  
    5. Change your quantity if wish to purchase more than 1 pc and ‘Add to Cart’.
    6. You can either ‘Continue Shopping’ or proceed to check out by clicking on ‘Check Out’.
    7. If you have any specific requests (e.g. including a birthday wish for a friend), please write it at 'Special Notes'  and we will work out something for you!
    8. If you have a hath credit code that you would like to use, key in at hath code space before proceed payment.

  1. How do I add an order after checking out?
    Sorry! Order cannot be amend after checkout. You will have to place a new order.
  1. Can I request Cash On Delivery (COD)?
    Unfortunately we do not offer Cash On Delivery at the moment! However, if you have certain condition, please reach out to us on Instagram, Facebook or Whatsapp (+6011-1091 6883) and we’ll try to work out something for you! :)
  1. Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, you can! But please drop us an email at hath.enquiry@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we do not pack and ship your order! If the order has been packed and shipped, order cancellation is not allow.
  1. How soon out of stock item(s) will be replenished? 

         We always have advance planning in the inventory but sometime things             doesn't come perfectly as we planned. Restocks usually takes around 3-4           weeks time. Stay tune our announcements on Instagram or Facebook on           restocks update!
