Exchanges & Returns

  1. I received an incorrect/ defect item. What should I do?
    Please write to us at hath.enquiry@gmail.com and we will attend to it immediately. We will need your help to return the item to us. We will exchange the item for you. If the item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of hath store credit code which is valid for 1 year.
  2. Can I exchange or return an item?
    You may exchange an item in the following circumstances:
  • Item received is incorrect
  • Item received is faulty (e.g. bottle leakage, incoming bottles break etc.)

You may seek for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Item due for an exchange is out of stock. You will be refunded in the form of store credits which are valid for 1 year.

Due to this is a personal care items, we require you respect and strictly for hygiene purpose.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

However, all sold items are eligible for exchange or return with T&C apply.

  1. When do I have to exchange or return an item?
    For local orders, it should be done within 5 working days upon parcel received. For international orders, it should be done within 10 working days upon parcel received. Any orders which exceed the stipulated period will not be eligible for refund, exchange or return.
       4. How do I send an item back to hath?

    Kindly note that shipping costs for exchanges and returns are non-refundable. We recommend parcels to be sent via reliable courier company, to ensure the parcel does not go missing. We are not liable for any missing parcels which are sent to us.

    1. How long will I need to wait for my store credit?
      We will process it as soon as we receive the item from you. Please allow 3 to 5 working days before it is send to you via email.
         6. Can i get refund in cash?

             Sorry. We do not offer refund in terms of cash. Refund will only be made in terms of hath code
